COSTS With effect from the 1 March 2010 part of the Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007 changes. The changes arise out of the repeal of the Solicitors ( Non- Contentious Business) Remuneration Order 1994 that set out a clients rights to challenge a bill. As a result of this change we are obliged to to provide you with the following information:- If you are a client and are unhappy with the way in which your case is handled you have the right to make a complaint and in doing so should have regard to the firms complaints procedure. That procedure extends to issues over costs and clients should note:-
